None that I know of, at least not in Hickory N.C.
Do they allow it where you are?

I live in California. Smoking is not allowed in public buildings here.

Smoking is prohibited in state government buildings. City or county government buildings enact their own rules. Smoking policies for privately-owned buildings accessible to the public are determined by the owners.

What mm34b said is how it is in NC.

I live in an area where tobacco is still grown and the majority of the local stores here allow smoking.

In CA there are entire towns that don't allow smoking!
