Ok, I have not received any money at all, why is the wait for so long if I have not been Disqualified with the company? The date for the company is 12-06-2015 to respond, they originally had till Oct. 31st, 2015. Why did they get extra time? I never got anything saying I was Disqualified, and to keep doing my claims each week, which I have been doing. So it's been 5 weeks since I started the whole process and still no checks. If at the end of 12-06-2015 and they still say I'm Not Disqualified will I get back payments for the last 5 weeks all at once? or if at all? I have called and I got the run around and to just keep doing my claims each week. I need answers to what is going on or where this could be heading.

Thanks in advance.

Result: NOT DISQUALIFIED

DETERMINATION:
The claimant is not disqualified for benefits.
REASONS:
The claimant last worked for (keeping private )on October 16, 2015. The claimant filed a Claim effective October 11, 2015 which has been continued through October 31, 2015.
The claimant was separated from this job because of alleged rudeness to a customer.
CONCLUSIONS:
N.C.G.S. 96-14.6(a)(b) provides an individual shall be disqualified for benefits if it is determined by the Division such individual is unemployed because the individual was discharged for misconduct connected with the work.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please be aware that when a claimant receiving benefits has his/her claim reversed on appeal, the benefits received will be an overpayment subject to repayment to the Division. I would recommend contacting the Department of Employment Security, as opposed to random strangers on the internet.

Yeah, you need to ask the agency whole sent you this; this forum is more for "anecdotal" questions, not strict legal interpretations.
