Of course, The state Supreme Court is like the legislator mostly Republicans. Things may change after the next centennial census.
I hope so, but I don't see how. The republicans would have to somehow lose control of the legislature in 2020. Since they've gerrymandered themselves in, how are going to lose control?

The reality is; the NC Supreme Court and wackjob legislature should realize that the "will of the voters" is null-in-void because of their obscene gerrymandering.

ROFLMAO! What part of gerrymandering Asheville into the same district with Gastonia is NOT obscene?
in a nutshell, how was this worse than D gerrymandering before?
though first, let me say that I wish the R's didn't do any gerrymandering. I really do wish that "my" party could have governed the right way, the way governance hadn't been done under the Dems. Alas, a pipedream of naivete.
