It certainly could get worse. Imagine if this announcement were to happen:

"I'm going to be President, and Pat McCrory will be my Vice President; and Charlotte's gonna pay for it. It'll be great. Trust me."

The gerrymandering only applies to the House and Senate of the North Carolina General Assembly once it comes to the governor election in November I expect Roy Cooper to pass with flying colors.

Don't forget state house and senate was not included in the last Primary due to new district lines and if I'm correct 5 districts are competitive and district 13 was totally moved and is a totally open district meaning it could go to either party, however, a strong candidate needs to be chosen as there isn't a runoff.
This election is a likely underlying reason for HB2 and staying firm with it. It fires up the voter base since a lack of support for the Presidential race and as we already seen in several threads and these bans fewer democrats considering this state.

Early voting for NC congressional seats for most counties are between these dates. May 31st- June 4th (some counties are earlier) with Primary on June 7th

Be sure to go to the correct polling place, here is the list

Looks like North Carolina has become the top story on the National News. Time to kiss more money goodbye!

This is a great interview. It very clearly shows how unclear McCrory is about what he is doing. He really does look foolish.

Well, people around here are ticked off about HB2, so he may have an opponent next time.
