Is there such a thing as a racially diverse, over 55 community in NC?

any public housing/Medicare community for seniors?

we don't discriminate based upon race, so if there's a lack of said communities, it's purely choice or economics.

If there is, I suspect they are between North Charlotte and Mooresville. Another area might be Carolina Arbors in Durham. Then, I have also seen a small one in Elizabeth City, but can't remember the name.

There needs to be enough of an affluent non-white population who are willing to puchase in a community which costs much more than the average dollar per square foot.
