My truck has been in the shop 3 times for the same problem. When I ask for a replacment, does it have to be the same car and model? Our can it be the same make but diff car? The reason is that I want a Mitsubishi Lancer. LOL Any help will be appreciated thanks.

I don't know the exact rules, I do know a friend of mine used it and she got the exact same car...............

I would look up the lemon law in north carolina and I know you should use an attorney who specializes in lemon law cases.........
