I have to point out the obvious...

He IS AN ELITE.

I do think he'll take NC, though. And, that's because the Rs usually have better turnout than the Ds.

The other side champions globalism, NAFTA and TPP. Why? because they are awash in cash from Wall St,Big banks, corporations, insurance companies, Big pharma and Middle Eastern countries.

I don't particularly like Trump but he rejects cash from Wall St/ banks etc and any trade deals that does not put American workers first. Understandably the establishment elites hate him.

Bernie and Trump also agree on other issues.

It has had a tremendous impact on agriculture and manufacturing jobs in NC. Trump is the only leading candidate in 40 years to directly address the issue. The rest tacitly went along with it.

The globalist policy has had a severe impact on white collar jobs as well, especially tech jobs that would be in the Triangle. There is not a single American in many IT departments now..

This is not an uneducated versus educated thing, it affects us all.

NC is unfortunately one of the more restrictive states when it comes to ballot access.

Jill Stein is running on the Green Party ticket, but in NC, unfortunately she isn't going to be listed on the ballot (as it stands now).

Ballot Access - Jill2016

Gary Johnson (Libertarian) is on the ballot here, but he's on the ballot in all 50 states.
