‘Myths vs Facts’ about House Bill 2 released by NC Gov. Pat McCrory’s office | myfox8.com

McCroy refutes some myths about the law at the link.

one thing i did not know is the law allows people who had a 'sex change' to use the opposite sex restroom, b/c those people can have their sex changed on their birth certificate. as long as your birth certificate says you are a female, u can use the female bathroom. i don't agree with this because there is no such thing as a sex change operation. no man has ever obtained a female reproductive system, with a menustrual cycle and ability to get pregnant.

Good grief. So I'm guessing that when a woman has to have a hysterectomy or goes through menopause, you don't think that they're women.

you have no edience that majority of peole don't support the law. you act like you are the spokesperson for everybody.

legal bills are not proof the fights were not worth it. you don't oppose mccrory based on legal bills you oppose mccrory because you are a liberal, even if you are coy about it. anybody who thinks a photo id requrement to vote is racist is a a type of liberal and is invested in the Democrat party winning elections.
Him losing in the polls shows people don't like it. That is how you lose when people don't like your policies. Education spending in 1 thing everyone should agree on especially. Yes that shows it is not worth it when you lose everything you have put up and he knew going in ahead of time they would lose. It is just his way of showing people on the right he is with them, while screwing the state in the process.

i don't think they are a woman if they don't have a uterus and ovaries , etc. apparently you are anti-science. i thought Democrats were the guardians of science and we cavemen republicans were anti-science

cosmetic surface surgery doesn't mean a man is a woman if the man still has a male reproductive system.

ok. as he points, out, no company has asked him if the state allows men into female restrooms when considering moving into the state. believe it or not, most people and businesses don't make decisions based on trasngender issues. you have not demonstrated that a majoiryt of women and girls want men in their faciliies. it does not appear you or your party care about women rights despite your 'war on women' narrative for the GOP.

If a woman has a hysterectomy, they are minus all or some of the plumbing, so thanks for admitting that you no longer consider them women.
