Hubby and I live in michigan the jobs are horrible here.Also weather is horrible this winter .Looking for better weather all year round,and also need to know what are the job status in North Caolinas.My hubby is in retail sales. Sure hope for answers.

Well, we have a lot of teachers from MI moving to Charlotte and they seem to be happy w/ weather and the move overall, even tho the pay is lower here.

The cost of living is not that big of a difference, so not like a big savings on things like groceries. Do you have a home you must sell?

Retails sales - totally depends on sector and what city you would consider. Many people say the salaries are lower here but I don't know if that is true for sales.

Tell us more about your situation and maybe we can be more specific!

Well, I can help you if you ask more specific questions. My reason is that I have never been to Michigan. I agree with ANIFANI821 too. I also believe that the salaries are lower. Hope you find your answer.

my hubby worked at a tire store. Belle tire . and im a preschool teacher asst. maybe around the charlotte area
