Winston Ridge in Youngsville, NC (homes, neighborhood, purchasing)

I'm considering purchasing in Winston Ridge in Youngsville and wanted to know if anyone had experience in that neighborhood and any thoughts on the subdivision itself.

What are the plans for the subdivision?
How do you like/dislike the area?
Any issues with the storage facility right next door?
Really anything you can think of to help me out.

Did you ever get an answer? Did you move there? We're looking there, too. Looks like mostly retirees but we have a family with children under 5.
Deciding between Chesleigh and Winston Ridge.

Don't have any opinions on the neighborhood itself, but I can say that Sumner Construction homes are SUPER well built. So if you're looking in Winston Ridge, you can't go wrong with a Sumner house.
