^400 Bellemeade is honestly one of my favorite projects in the state from the past decade (along with One City Center in Durham and a few others). Looking forward to see the large glass go in.

Couple of Raleigh project updates.

* The Willard Hotel on Glenwood South has started construction.

* Two Glenwood tower is almost fully leased, it's currently under construction so that very good news for this project.

* The Nexus development (4 towers) will start construction this year after a slight delay due to a redesign.

Looking forward to seeing the new renders for the Nexus. I like how urban this project feels with the separate towers (i.e. not one huge parking pedestal at the base). Just wish one of the towers were another 10-15 stories.

I really hope that it won't be too much longer until every proposed multistory development in DT Raleigh won't look like a variation on something similar that was recently built in Arlington.

But they seem to all be at a similar height in DT Raleigh, hence the comparison to Arlington.

Well it's certainly not the worst problem to have.
