I’m referring to 2020-2022 growth. Cumberland County has grown more since 2020 by percentage, than it had in the 2010 decade, growth by population, job creation, and income.

For example, the suburb of Hope Mills in Cumberland County grew 4x in one year (2021) than it did the entire last decade.

I don't put much stock in projections in terms of discussing growth (I go with actual census #s), but the growth in Hope Mills would support my assertion that the Interstate extension (that goes by Hope Mills) is fueling the growth in that area...is that in the city limits of Fayetteville? Probably not.
