I saw that the governor in SC was opening up all of the state controlled boat ramps. This is good news.
Probably not good news. It's just going to lead to a bunch of idiots causing excessive rippling interactions with others, taking their friends out on their boats to hangout/party, and not keeping a safe distance from others in the process.

They're not. It's only so that island residents can walk over to the beach.
