Hi there! So I was just offered two similar jobs at both these employer's. Pay is the same $16-$17 an hour. Any pros or cons of these employer's to help make a decision on who to pick? Pros or cons of Triangle area? Pros or cons of the Charlotte area? Where would a rental budget of $1300 stretch the farthest in these two area's?

Thanks a bunch for the feedback!

Appreciate the feedback!

Atrium has many different locations. Is the position that you're looking at at CMC Main or a different location?

On that budget, you can find decent 1 bedrooms in both areas. The demographics of both areas are the same as well.

Are the other benefits net-neutral between the two such as vacation time, health insurance, 401k matching or other retirement benefits, child care benefits, et...?

Also what Atrium location (patient facing or corporate / office)? Atrium has 45 hospitals in 3 states and is much larger than Duke Health System so any two Atrium hospitals could be hundreds of miles apart. I'm guessing you are looking at a Charlotte area position, but which location in Charlotte (Main, Northeast, Pineville, et...) or a corporate facility (airport area, HQ, Concord ops, et.)?
