Is It Liberal Or Conservative? Where Do You Think Would Be A Good Place To Look For The Type Of Work I Do. Heating And A/c And That Has A Small Town Feel And Is Close To Amenities And Still Gets Snow?

Neither, but leans to conservative. You should be able to find plenty of work in your trade in the Asheville Metro Area, if anywhere in Western NC. The Asheville Metro Area has a combined population of around 392,000 and growing with relocated retirees, vacation homes and tourism.
