It is 33 and raining here right now. It seems like it has been like this all of February (although we did have a nice day on Tuesday). It's better than the ice storm that is predicted. But, yeah, to reiterate what m378 said, if you are looking for a sunny and warm winter getaway, NC is not it. Head on down to Florida with everyone else. Savannah GA might do you if you don't need it to be shorts weather in the winter.
