Thefts are not violent crime, but I would look for a place above the ground floor. I haven't been there in person, but it looks like a good neighborhood. Ridgeway Drive leads in to a gated golf-course community, and Methodist University is across Ramsey Street. The thefts probably are in retail stores.

Thank you for replying. I was looking at an actual condo on bubble creek, and looking closer at the outside pics, I noticed they don't power wash the outside. Could be a reason while 5 selling in the same complex. The HOA'S there are $210 a month, not sure where that money is going, but changed my mind. Any knowledge of other condos in safe areas?
Bubble Creek Ct is located in North Fayetteville, which is a very nice area, home to many restaurants, tons of shops, a plethora of upscale housing developments, many apartment communities, Methodist University, I-295, and a short drive to fast growing downtown Fayetteville. It’s a very good area, and I highly doubt crime will be a concern. A “Mega” Harris Teeter is planned for that intersection.
I’m not very familiar with condos/townhomes in Fayetteville, but you may be able to find some in the King’s Grant neighborhood, which is highly sought after. I’m not sure of the cost. If you’re open to living in the suburbs of Fayetteville, there are nice condos in the gated Anderson Creek neighborhood just north of Fayetteville - but I’m also not sure of the cost there either.

The is irrelevant, but the first one is off Bingham Drive near Cumberland Road towards Southview- not NW Fayetteville haha. Typically NW Fayetteville (only referred to as West Fayetteville) is from west of Santa Fr Drive All American EXPY exit / west of Skibo Rd, north of RAEFORD Road, and east of the Hoke County line.
That one is located in South Fayetteville, a few blocks from the city line. Not the best area, but it’s a decent area that is being revitalized, with a few new housing developments and apartment communities along that stretch, and a .5 mile southwest, it also borders the very fast growing and highly sought after Jack Britt area, which is just down Fisher Road.
Personally, without a doubt I would prefer Ramsey Street to Bingham Drive, but you can’t go wrong with either. Bingham is just really bland and less up & coming (for now). Crime is also definitely higher along Bingham Drive, but I don’t think crime would be a concern.
The third one, off Cliffdale Road (which is in West Fayetteville), is in a very convenient location to the city’s largest commercial area, which attracts people from quite a far distance. Crime probably isn’t too bad, and I know Cliffdale Road is packed with probably over a dozen other condo or apartment communities along the stretch from Skibo Rd to Rim Rd as well, in case there is other stuff for sale in that area. Crime gets lower as you approach Skibo Rd, but higher as you approach Reilly. Biggest concern will be traffic, as during rush hour and weekends it’s a very congested area, but while crime is probably higher around there than both Ramsey and Bingham, it should probably be fine, I haven’t looked at a crime map, just general knowledge of the area.

There are only a couple more condos in a close price range. I did not mention them because they are investor deals, already leased to tenants. The other one was in downtown Haymont, and it did not seem like the OP would be comfortable being downtown. Personally I would prefer the one at 3050 Mcduffies Mill Rd, but it will list for $130K, beyond what the OP said she wanted to pay. Perhaps she could rent out the garage to help cover the extra rent.
The other option is to rent a temporary place and keep looking as she becomes more familiar with the area.
