I hear that Charlotte NC has the resources and help that I need for my autisic daughter.I live in Rock Hill SC and I get some finacial help like Med-Caid and a few other things.My question is what do I need to do as far as getting everything transfered to be a North Carolina resident and what steps do I need to take.If I started now could I have it all done by this summer?
