None of the above towns would be considered "low humidity" as they area all in the same area, central NC. The only areas of the state that don't have muggy summers are the mountains and the coast.
The coast is muggy as hades in the summer! But you can always run and jump in the ocean up to your nose. Then it is not so noticeable. Just invest in central air and you will be fine.
