I always thought it would be useful to be able to share pictures of specific developments or homes since the websites often do not give enough detail. If it works I'll post more pics of Villages at Rosedale and the surrounded area and hopefully you all can post pics of your area. 1st pic you can see the average spacing of the houses (and my pool). 2nd pic is developed side of our street, and 3rd pic is next wave of development.

Mark

I guess while I'm at it and it works here's a few more shots, inside of our Rexford model Centex home in Villages at Rosedale and the surrounding area.

Beautiful house Mark, and nice pool! It's always nice to get personal pictures of a development that you're interested in. I would post pics of mine, but my subdivision is just about completed. So when's the pool party?

Very nice Mark! It does help to see "real life" photos of developements. Tell me, how big is your pool? We keep toying with the idea of putting one in our backyard. What pool company did you use & are you happy with their work?

THANKS!

Rosann

Markh, how are you liking your Centex home? Some of the posters here really slammed Centex but they are the builder we are serious about and think they build a solid product. They are also one of the few home builders who are doing a single story house and we have found the perfect plan.

I was loving the pics until you said it was a Centex home. Up here in NJ they are getting sued left and right. I visited a Centex project in Nj and the work was such poor quality - one hard wind and down they go.

It's very regional with national builders. It's not like making Pepsi and all the bottles come out of a handful of bottling plants.

Centex has a decent rep here in Charlotte across their entire ranges of homes (the ones less than $200K to the ones over $500K).

I have a Centex home, and know dozens in other communities outside mine that are pleased.
