Im here with my family in Texas and we are talking about foods that are in nc that arent in Texas. Im kinda confused.

I thought of two more possibilities. Eastern-style BBQ (vinegar-on-pork rather than simply meat grilled with BBQ sauce) and pecan log rolls.

Oh, for the Charlotte folks, Cheerwine.
