I drive a 1994 Saturn. My emergency brake light and seat belt light stays on most of the time....Will this stop my car from passing inspection? The light will go off after awhile...And my brakes and seat belts all work fine...

who is doing these inspections any way I live in high point and is new to the state and the place closest to me says they are not ablie to do yet because the state has not hooked them up to there computer system where can I get this done and can I get the tags for the time being without because of this carp that some inspections stations are not hooked up to the state with this new law i need help and answers on this one.

Owner has to have the vehicle inspected prior to a license plate being issued.
