Be thankful you've never had the misfortune of tasting bbq with mustard. I had it once in Columbia and most of it went in the trash.

I had Wilber's two days in a row last weekend. I always pick up a pound or two for the freezer when I'm driving through Goldsboro. It's still great even with Lowe's Foods coleslaw.

You know, I don't much care for slaw on anything, and growing up here, I don't ever remember really seeing it offered, but not that long ago, I gave it a try on a BBQ sandwich and....well, you should give it a try, you really never know.

BBQ with coleslaw on top is the only way to do it! Get some hushpuppies too.

I know too much about this subject, lol.

Mustard-based sauce is served where Germans settled. As you get close to the NC line, you see pepper/vinegar. Scott's, Brown's and Schoolhouse are my favorites. I used to take the long way from Charleston to Greensboro to go to Scott's. I cannot do the mustard thing.
