Hehe that reminds me that some of my husband's family's secret barbecue sauce (with vinegar base of course) is in a huge jar at the back of my fridge.

I enjoyed this. Fond memories of:

- growing up in a house where we didn't even think of locking the doors
- watching the ACC Tourney Friday games in class (and none of these upstarts forcing teams to play on Thursday)
- getting out of school early when the temp got into the 90s
- drinking Cheerwine or RC Cola, eating a moonpie or Royal Oatmeal Cookie.
- learning to hate UNC and especially Dean Smith

Do they make Pepsi with sugarcane (instead of corn syrup) at all anymore?

You can get sugarcane Cokes in 12-ounce glass bottles from Mexico over here.

Festivals can be named after animals too - Mule Days in Benson.
