The center provides one-on-one telephone consultations, business structure forms, and identifies local, regional and federal business resources. The center’s resources include: general information on licensing requirements, registering trade marks, business name registration, taxes and employer requirements to do business in North Carolina. In addition, the center provides assistance with “where to go for what” for new and existing businesses.
