Metropolitan Charlotte, the Triangle, the Triad and Fayetteville area are pretty racially and ethnically diverse. Outside of these four areas, however, is there alot racial and ethic diversity of people (besides whites, black Americans, and Central Americans) in other North Carolina cities? If so, where? If not, is this slowing changing?
I am sorry - I don't exactly know what you mean. This is the South. We have black and white people all over the state, some native Americans, and then whoever else has chosen to move here - wh/ would include latinos, hispanics and mexicans . . . some Ukraine transplants . . . some middle eastern, etc.

This is why I said Whites, Black Americans, and Central Americans. I meant excluding whites, blacks, etc.
You will find that NC is more "white" in the non-urban counties to the West and more black and white mixed in the counties to the East. Beyond that, most of the racial and ethnic diversity exists in the Triangle, Charlotte, the Triad and to a certain extent, Fayetteville, Wilmington and Asheville communities.

Out of curiosity, what's considered a white mixed person?

I'm suprised that there are mixed-whites in Eastern North Carolina.
