Hey Everyone,

My name is Shaun and I am brand new to the board. I am going into my second semester in my sophomore year at Kean University in New Jersey. I am attending college to earn a degree in Physical Education. This is my primary career plan along with getting my bartenders license when I graduate. My father has also been very successful in advertising. I plan to go into one of these two careers.
The cost of living in New Jersey isn't quite easy to deal with, especially while attending college. I see my father work very hard to make quite good money and still struggle to afford everything.
Also, in NJ, the overall attitude of everyone, in plain terms...SUCKS! I hear that everyone, at least most of the people, in North Carolina are usually in a fantastic mood. I would like to wake up and have random people ask how I'm doing.
My only concern is if my beliefs are correct. Is there many well paying physical education, advertising, or bartending jobs? Is it worth leaving all of my family, which live in NJ, to live in North Carolina. I do not want to leave everything I have to crash and burn in a different state.
Can anyone really help me through this process? I really would like to thank you for your help in advance. Hope you get back to me asap. Thanks =)
