Stedman, NC? (Fayetteville: sex offenders, low crime, live in)

My fiance is currently wanting to move from Fayetteville to Stedman. It's quicker to get to his job from there then from where we live near Reaford. I'm not too keen on the idea myself. Being that we have one car, he takes it to work, leaving me no way to get to work.

I was wondering if anyone knew of, lived in, or near Stedman and could tell me a bit about it. I've been there once, there didn't seem to be too much of it.

Also according to my fiance, technically Stedman doesn't really exist because of it's size. I was wondering if this was true? ((I think I'm having a blonde moment lol))

I live in Stedman, and have for 64 years. If you want action, do not come here. We have a small town, low crime, no sex offenders in the city, very good churches, 4 restaurants, 2 grocery stores, one convienent store, and JUST GOOD PEOPLE.
I suggest you get another car, or get your fiance a ride to work and keep the car with you.
If you move here, welcome, if you don't have a great life wherever you live.
