Great pics PeytonC, makes me wish we weren't stuck here in the flatlands.

What is the location of the Chadwick Boseman street art? I would like to see it on my next trip to Greensboro. Thanks.

I honestly don't know, it wasn't where I was shooting that day? You can ask
drrckmtthws, he took those pics.

It was headed to Atlanta, GA. For what I have no idea?
It had seven cars and the last one was a nice Pullman!
Here is the video version...

Hanging out at the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport
for a couple of hours. While not as much fun as trains, it sure
is a lot easier to get planes than it is trains!

Somewhere in North Carolina. This place is in my top five of all
time favorite explores. I'm glad I got it when I did because it's super hot now.

Nice pics!
Planes used to be easier to view back in the old days. Now with security you need some nice lens to get them closeup.

That bottom pic looks like an old abandoned fort, jail, or hospital.

I just read a blog about someone entering the old abandon Cannon Hospital in Banner Elk. Kinda spooky, evidently all the property is posted and police respond to "tourist's sight seeing".

Thanks! The bottom pic would be a hospital, but if you figure it out please don't
post it in public. All the places I have ever hit and there are hundreds, maybe a
thousand, have been posted. It's a sad fact of life but I can understand why.

I know the Cannon Hospital well, I hit it years ago. One of the things I remember very
well about that place was walking through a section that was completely dark. I kept
feeling stuff brush against me and thought it was spider webs? I finally got mad and took
a chance taking some pics with my flash which is something you don't do for obvious reasons.
After only two pics I found out what was brushing against me in the dark. That section of the
hospital was full of bats! I was like... I'm done! LOL

The pic below shows one of them flying toward me...

What a great picture of the bat at Cannon.
I have been in Cannon once, back when it was open for business. I think it was 94 or 95, a friend need a couple of stitches and I took him to the emergency room there.
I've also visited the replacement Cannon in Newland last year to get stitches of my very own.
