Ya, one of them is called "assist and sell", and the another was "help u sell". They just charge a flat fee, so I'm told.

we are selling ours fsbo to here in mass. its been slow but we have had better results with our open houses than some of the realtors in town.we are advertising on a fsbo websight here in mass. and in local papers for our open houses.we get the realtors bugging us as well . we are under agremmant with a young couple in town contigent on them selling their home.after we accepted their offer they called their realtor and dropped their price 20k hopefully they'll sell shortly.at first we were in a rush but with the market the way it is we just have to be patient and wait. even if the kids have to transfer in the fall so be it . its not the end of the world.

lol yeah, I guess she wouldn't be the best choice then.

Good luck with that! We haven't done an open house, that's something to consider. I read somewhere that open houses were a waste of time, and don't bother. I'm glad to hear different. And you're right, it all takes patience.

Beware with open houses - a lot of noisy neighbors come calling.

I would definitely invest in some cheap hidden cameras for an open house.
