Default Selling and buying

Just a few tips I have learned in the past.
1)Selling
Smell. Everybody has thier own unique "odor" or pets. We might not notice it ,but other do. One tip is to spray your a/c filter with Febreeze. And another that I think is great, if you have the time ,bake some cookies. I buy the already made, pop in the oven kind for 3 bucks. But who can resist the smell of freshly baked cookies ! And if your appointment doesn't show up, well drown your sorrows in the cookies.
2) Buying,
Want to know your neighborhood ???? Go to the local grocery store. Both on the weekends and after work hours. And ALWAYS drive thru your prospective new neighborhood on weekends and after work hours when everyone is home.

He take alot of pride in what he does.
Values mean nothing, get the mortgage paid! Curious, can you state your age? Remember pride doesn't keep the electric bill on, work does!

You can't live on $40k a year? I thought it was cheap to live there? You say your house was 1982 (If I remember right) you bought it 4-5 yrs ago. So, I say you paid $80k for your house? Cheap house payment! About $800 a month. You couldn't make it
