I think the 99ers have their own federal bill being supported that is gaining momentum. This Extension if for NC extended benefits, the last 20 weeks after EUCO8 runs out.

Maybe not. " Tillis tells The Associated Press that Republicans are willing to compromise on their initial position linking the benefits to Democratic Gov. Beverly Perdue accepting a double-digit spending cut."

That's exactly what my fear is. If you noticed at the end of Perdue's latest statement, she is still saying, "Send me a clean bill and I will sign it the same day.”

But I'm still calling, mailing, and crossing my fingers. I hope you all have a good weekend and are able to take some time away from the fight to recharge!

The tier you are mentioning is Tier 4 correct?
And the 99'ers are above and beyond that?

I feel something is about the finally give here in the EB standoff. Be positive everyone if possible and have as nice a weekend as you can with your loved ones! I don't know if any of you are close to me but I would gladly be a shoulder to lean on for any of you. This isn't my fight, it isn't your fight, it is OUR fight--until a resolution and reinstatement. Bless you all! =)

Their is a possibility of Tier 1 getting an additional 14 weeks, which is retro for everyone.. That is the help for 99ers. The bill in NC is to help those over 79 but under 99

The quote is too vague, it could mean they are willing to separate it, or they are willing to compromise on the budget.
