they have to ratify any changes the sen made, I believe

Tillis plans on a 12:01 am Sat. vote to get passed and Ratified later Sat.am and then to the Gov. With the 5 Dems voting aye, a veto could be overturned early next week if needed. Senate is holding skeleton session to ratify budget on Sat. Almost well just like last time only this one has a better chance of becoming law.
