Yeah, I hear you on that one. Lot's of Arizona folks (like us) in that same boat. However, according to 2 realtors I spoke with here...houses are still selling. It's down quite a bit from last year, but last year it was just INSANE here. I'm not a professional, and could be eating crow when ours goes on the market in the next week or so, however, I think if you stage it correctly and price it fairly, it should sell.

Every time I go through a tunnel or over a bridge & see cops just chatting I freak, I mean, what if I had a bomb in my minivan? I pray they have people elsewhere monitoring, with cameras or something.
I will not miss this, especially with the war ramping up in the mideast.

Charlotte should keep quiet about themselves being the 2nd largest financial district and these are the areas they want to hurt, USA financially

Yes but they look for the big photo op, too, seems they keep going for NYC, b/c over there that is the symbol of our country.
