Memphis is Tennessee lol.

IMHO too i'm not a huge carolina pork sandwich fan. I love wet and juicy pork ribs with some biscuits, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, collard greens, sweet tea yummy haha. You got some red sweeter sauces and you got your tangry stuff like Carolina Treet, mustard based stuff is good too.

Sorry, I'm a beef BBQ fan myself too. Never have acquired a taste for any NC BBQ I've tasted in the 15 years we've been here.

I'm a native Texan and you won't see me defend Texas, North Carolina is the BEST state between the two! I hate living in Texas, it's too hot, too flat, too boring. North Carolina has it all, the mountains (which I prefer) the beach, the bluest sky anywhere, and gorgeous waterfalls. So my vote goes to North Carolina always, I may live in Texas but my heart lives in North Carolina.
