There are at least 70-80 potteries in the immediate Seagrove area. Highway 705 is the main road that runs through the area, and many of the potteries are either on or just off this road. You could spend days visitng all the local potteries.

WOW!! 705 is chocked-full-of potters!!! It WOULD take a few LONG days if we wanted to visit all the potteries. At least a few weekends...
Not a lot open on Sunday but those that were had lists of area potters, and who is open Sundays and Mondays. Spent a lot of time at Wythe pottery (explosive colors!
) and found out Tuesdays or Wednesdays seems to be the best day as some potteries are closed on Mondays..
We are anxious to get back there in the coming week to do some great shopping for upcoming birthdays and Christmas!!
THANKS!!
