You will get interest if you do not receive your refund within 45 days of filing or 45 days after April 15th - whichever is later and in all our cases it's the latter. But you can bet dollars to donuts they won't hold it up for that long so they won't have to pay interest.

It was mid Feburary. Yesterday it said my check was written and will be delivered in two weeks, today it changed to say my deposit was sent to my bank and should be processed in 10 days.

I see this message in my sleep:

Your tax return has been received; however, processing is not complete. We update refund information by 6 p.m. daily. Your refund information will remain the same throughout the day. Please wait at least 24 hours before inquiring again.

I'm getting so agitated with the state. I'm not sure why since they pulled the same thing last year. My sister seems to think it will be August before she gets her refund...if I don't get mine until August, they will be paying me more in interest than my refund is worth! HAHAHAHA!

I really do wonder what kind of "system" they are using, since people that filed after me are getting to do their happy dances. I e-filed on 02/7 and have been seeing the same sorry message since 02/11.........

I still don't understand how we have one of the HIGHEST sales taxes in the US, but we have one of the HIGHEST deficits...

Keep those happy dances coming! It gives me HOPE!

Your tax return has been received and your refund will be processed as quickly as possible. However, we cannot provide specific estimates on when individuals will receive their refunds. Everyone who is due a refund will receive a refund. We update refund information by 6 p.m. daily. Your refund information will remain the same throughout the day. Please wait at least 24 hours before inquiring again.

SERIOUSLY!!!! I e-filed on 2/5 and I'm STILL getting this message!!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!
