FOXNews.com - 8 Dead, 3 Injured in North Carolina Nursing Home Shooting - Local News | News Articles | National News | US News

For once one of these POSs didn't shoot himself at the end and I'm highly disappointed in that, esp since the most we can reasonably hope for is life in prison, wasting our precious taxpayer money.

edit, looks like it's already updated to 8, wheee

A shame for the victims and their loved ones.

I like the title you gave the thread. This guy is a LOSER.

It irks me to no end when the media describes people of the male gender who commit dispicable acts (i.e. rapists, murderers, child molesters, etc.) as a "man", as in "police describe the man as...". Call them "male suspects", "alleged perpetrator", etc. They shouldn't use the word MAN, because these animals are not men.

It is so hard to understand what in the world a guy like this was thinking when he cold bloodedly shot all those elderly people right in their beds. It just makes no sense and is pure evil.

My heart goes out to the loved ones who lost their family members in this senseless attack.
What kind of person guns down people who firstly have NOTHING to do with his problem which was with his girlfriend, not the elderly who live at the nursing home where she works but who could turn a weapon on the defenseless elderly to begin with.

Its a true shame he didn't get shot trying to escape.

Oh, he did - shot right in the chest by a young cop - too bad his injuries aren't life threatening.

Heard today he shot the nurse 27 times!!! What a sicko.

Don't you wish they would shoot him as many times as however many bullets he shot?? That is the only true justice in my eyes...that and to burn in h*ll.

The cop got shot in the leg and returned fire ending the incident. He is rightly being praised as a hero.

They interviewed the murderer's ex-wife on local TV and she stated he was always violent and she figured he might do something if he snapped.

Honestly, if I ever went over the edge and shot someone, it would be someone BAD, not someone who devotes their whole life to helping others.

What a whack job.

Not that I ever would of course, I am more sane then that.

BUT if I were to, I would use the sex offenders list as my guide.
