Hi all,

I will be in Charlotte for a few days beginning tomorrow, and am viewing several rental properties-one of which is a townhome in Eastfield Village off of Prosperity Church Road in the Mallard Creek area...

My husband and I would really like to rent a place with a pool in the community, which Eastfield Village does not have... The owner is trying to tell us that that not to worry, there are several "pool communities" within 2 minutes of the property. Does anyone know what he means, or if this is accurate? We don't want it to be a big production when we want to go for a swim, and he is obviously trying to get his property rented, so I am skeptical...

Thanks!

As far as I know, a "pool community" means it's a subdivision or rental community that has a pool for use by it's residents only. Sounds like he just wants to get his property rented, I'd walk away.
