Uh, I would say just type in the city you live along with other keywords like public + gas + electric + water + government + services, etc., etc.
Specifically indicate the city you live and I'm sure someone will come up with a list of sites for you.

I agree with the above poster how can we answer your question if we dont know what city or area you are looking?? just google what you are looking for and the answer probably be there another word to add to the one above is public works etc.

duh I guess that would explain ws bound hehe not a great user friendly website like most goverment websites I cross it hard to find exactly what your looking for but hope this will help.
