I am an out of town Investor who owns a couple of properties in the Charlotte, Mecklenburg area. I just recently went thru a nightmare situation with a dishonest tenant. Does anyone know a reputable Property Manager, Realtor, (Licensed) House Cleaners, and Handymen in the 28208area?
My bad tenant will be out this week and I want to get it put on the market right away! Also, I would greatly appreciate any referrals of good tenants that want to live in an excellent condition 2 story, 5bdrm 2.5 bath houses.
I have limited contacts and would appreciate any excellent referrals that you have.
