Im still moving to ND despite those reports. Im sure winter will force some people to quit and more entry level jobs will be available. we'll see what happens
He isn't going to sign the order because of many previoulsy stated reasons the biggest would be layoff's. He isn't going to sign it after the election because he will be too busy moving back to Chicago and helping Michelle unpack their things.
Yes, I know I may p-i-s-s off some people with this statement but I pray this country doesn't have to endure another 4 years of this kind of mis-management in the executive branch.

Reason: mis pelled word
As shale gas harvesting has increased in recent years, so have the questions about the process's environmental effects. As a result, the techniques of the extraction and its possible effects on groundwater are facing closer scrutiny, and both the Environmental Protection Agency and the University of Texas's Energy Institute are currently conducting long-term studies of the process.
Preliminary findings from the Energy Institute's study released Wednesday suggest there is no link between the extraction operations and groundwater contamination, said the study's leader, Charles "Chip" Groat, a UT geology professor.
He noted that the dangers associated with shale gas drilling — which is accomplished by hydraulic fracturing, a process commonly known as fracking — are largely the same as other oil-drilling operations.
"Hydraulic fracturing doesn't seem to be of concern to groundwater," Groat said. "If there has been water contaminated related to shale gas development let's not look at fracturing, let's look at surface processes."
I doubt Obama would do something like that knowing that it would result in increased unemployment. What you knee-jerk Obama-haters don't realize is that the Republicans are just as bad if not worse.
Would a newly-elected Republican president sign a bill to send more jobs overseas since having unregulated international trade is consistent with their free market religion? How about signing a bill to increase the number of H-1B and L-1 visas which displace Americans from their jobs domestically and reduce opportunities for Americans? It's what big business (the job creators, lol) wants.
If the Republicans are so concerned about the U.S. economy and American jobs, how come none of the presidential candidates are campaigning to end foreign outsourcing and our trade deficit and to bring the jobs back here to the U.S.? Why aren't any of them offering to eliminate the H-1B and L-1 visa programs? How about ending mass immigration, both legal and illegal? (Bush and McCain supported illegal alien amnesty.) Oh, that's right! The government telling businesses who they can and cannot do business with and dictating who can and cannot enter the country to find a job is evil evil socialism! Allowing American jobs to be sent overseas and allowing foreigners to displace Americans in the U.S. is completely consistent with the capitalism that we worship.
Don't become the next "Joe the Retarded Plumber" and buy into the Republicans claims that they will fix the economy and restore prosperity for the middle class. The Republicans could care less about the lower classes and depend on your opposition to gay marriage and 'bortion for their support, allowing them to advocate policies that are against your economic selfish interest. They aren't any better than Obama. In fact, the Democrats and Republicans might as well be the same party as far as the issue of global labor arbitrage is concerned.

Well said.
