Ursa, As I understand from reading them they are adopted, and are taking effect.
"IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED:
(1) New and amended sections to NDAC Chapters 43-02-03 and 43-02-12 as shown in the
appendix to this order, are hereby approved and adopted.
(2) Existing regulations not specifically amended by this order shall remain in full force
and effect.
(3) This order shall be effective pursuant to the applicable statutes and laws of this state
and shall remain in full force and effect until further order of the Commission.

Ursa, As I understand from reading them they are adopted, and are taking effect this April.
I understand that they're going into effect. My concern is that even if the changes are law, that these laws are enforced- which will require funding.
