For around Williston Williston Area Chamber of Commerce scroll down the page and it has links to research.

Otherwise you can bing or google other towns around the bakken area. Talking to rig companies, rv parks, farmers/ranchers putting in rv camps, the new truck stops going, and I also have another name you could pm me that possibly might have a spot to park something like that.
