Hi,

When you find out what town he will end up in, it would be a good idea to start googleing apartment complexes and have your name put on a waiting list. My daughters friend will be going to college in Bismarck this fall. She and her roomie had a bit of a problem finding an apartment but they eventually did get one. They are paying 950. a month for a 2 bedroom, just to give you an idea of the rent in Bismarck for a decent apartment with a garage.

Good luck ....

Yes..this company owns several houses in Bismarck but charges rent for rooms... I travel up in the oil patch and is provided housing by Cenex corp. (we are building for them)

I have other arrangements when working/staying in Bismarck.

Thomas

I am from florida also but left a year ago for upstate NY but theres no work here either. Looking to get into the gas and oil biz but I have NO experience in that field. I have over 20 years of managment and sales experience. Is there some companies there that are willing to hire either managers, supervisors, foremans etc with no experience in the oil and gas biz or any other biz. Do they offer training cause I am a quick learner and hard worker hoping to make six figures one day again. Any companies you can recommend would be great.

PaulyD:

Look at jobsnd.com

There are all kinds of sales and management jobs there that aren't related to oil. Fargo in particular has jobs and housing.
