o yea and how does my spelling reflect on our towns "drinking problem". you make it sound like we come to school drunk. which we dont. besides i check this and post something when i have free time at school. in which situation i have to be in a hurry so that would be the reason that my spelling isnt that good.
LOL @ you guys getting mad at wide ride. He's just joking. Is there such a thing as sense of humor or sarcasm in ND? I didn't know you guys were that far behind the rest of the world?
And if you look at the posts you'll notice ND residents have worse typing skills than the O.P. Oops!
Doesn't North Dakota have anything better than small towns and open spaces of nothing there? Oh, let me answer that question for you: No!
For your information, North Dakota also has roads, fields, and several lakes.
Really, what does any place have? Buildings and parking lots? More people trying to drive while talking on their cell phones? What defines "something"?

I've seen plenty of posts on here and I think it boils down to something very simple. Some people think more is better and others think less is better. More or less, that is.....

True, and generally more of one thing means less of something else. If every place were identical, the world would be incredibly boring.
I still find it incredibly ironic that those who criticize the kids from Fessenden for having poor typing and spelling skills fail to capitalize or use punctuation correctly. Some people laugh at sarcasm, but I get a huge kick out of irony.
I'm starting to think the NEGATIVE posters are actually the same people, just doing their deed to do what ever they can to get back at the community of Fessenden. Never been there, never met anyone from there, but highly doubt it is as bad as this poster is claiming. Sounds like a typical small town you would find in anywhere USA.

Schools, stores, parks, shopping areas, opportunities for businessmen, artists, blue collar workers, recreational activities, intellectual activities, entertainment activities, festivals and other social functions, etc., etc., etc.
Seriously, if I have to go into this then it is obvious North Dakota doesn't really have any of these. Thus, I ask myself this: is it any wonder the O.P. doesn't like small town North Dakota (heck, ND is one giant small town)? The answer is no. ND isn't excepting of innovation and the people there live in such isolation that they don't understand its benefits. That's why a huge number of newcomers to ND are more willing to leave the state than try to make it work.
