There was nothing closed when I looked before. Of course, it's changing all the time. For instance, 2 is closed from Devils Lake to Minn state line, and I94 is closed from Bismark to Minn State line, right now. Everything else is open at 5pm. I really expected a lot more shut downs due to this event.
