are you working 12 hr shifts, 7 days a week? or just your standard 8-5 type shifts? i would imagine with 2 weeks on & 1 week off, you're doing 10-14 hr days
so just a question…is the food, games, and lodging free? and how cold does it get in the winter… what if there is a married couple?
Yes, I do not come out of pocket for much of anything up here. I literary have flown out here with $40 in my wallet and after my two week rotation, flown back to Vegas with $30. (bought some socks)
Everything I posted is company provided. And I have not experienced the winter out here yet.

I work 12-18 hour shifts 14 days straight. Some companies have rotations of 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, 4 weeks on/2 weeks off, or 8 weeks on, 3 weeks off.
Most companies are flexible with their schedule and will try to accommodate employees to have a quality work/life balance.
Yeah, OP, can you explain what we are looking at, why did you go here, give us some background.
