Where in the south are you? You might have 2nd thoughts after about the 6th day of getting out of bed an hour early to go outside in below freezing weather and shovel the drive just so u can go to work. It will get old fast. That's one of the reasons I left the Midwest nearly 40 years ago.

I was born and raised in Kentucky..... didnt like the heat nor the people. So glad I moved north years ago. I will take below zero anyday to endless days above 80.....
