I got a job teaching music at the University of Mary. I'm so excited to be moving - I'm already checking out the housing situation and trying to find a time when my wife and I can check things out. I'll probably be moving in late-July. I can't wait!!!
I've lived in Bismarck about 15 years now. You will love it here. If you are working at U of M and need an apt. check out the Cottonwood apts, they are the closest to the college and very, very nice. You can google IMM Cottownwood apts bismarck and should get info. Where are you moving from? Housing isnt too bad. You can get a nice home for $150,000 and up. I bought a new home from Sattler homes a few years ago, you can build a new one for about $150,000.
There are some being built in different areas. I know of a guy named Scott Bierle dba Arienco that built some not long ago. Koch construction does 4 unit condos, and mitzel construction are doing some nice 6 plex's.
thanks for the help! It's tough planning a move from 1600 miles away... I've been to at least a dozen websites - very few list townhouses in the Bismarck area, so thanks so much for the assist!
cool, thanks again! (Sorry about all the questions...)
